Members’ Advent Calendar 2026

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

The promoter is The Henry Sports Club (The Henry), 84 000 836 840, located at 144 Henry Lawson Avenue, Werrington County NSW 2747 (the Promoter).

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion commences at 10:00am on Monday 16 November 2026 and concludes at 6:00pm on Thursday 24 December 2026 (Promotional Period).

There will be 24 daily prize draws conducted from Tuesday 1 December 2026 through to Thursday 24 December 2026, inclusive.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• Entry is open exclusively to current financial members of The Henry Sports Club aged 18 years and over.
• Members must hold a valid and financial membership at the time of earning entries, validating their entries and claiming a prize.
• Employees, management and persons directly involved in the conduct or administration of the promotion are not eligible to participate.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and current financial membership at any stage of the promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible members can accumulate entries throughout the Promotional Period through the following methods.

• Spend-Based Entries
• Members will receive one (1) entry for every $10 spent on eligible purchases at The Henry Sports Club.
• Multiple entries may be earned in a single transaction.
• Entries will be calculated based on the total eligible transaction value, with each complete $10 spent qualifying for one entry.
• Transactions cannot be combined with other transactions to obtain additional entries.
• Eligible purchases must be made during the Promotional Period.
• Refunds, voided transactions and complimentary purchases do not qualify.
• Daily App Bonus Entry
• Members can receive one (1) additional bonus entry per calendar day by accessing The Henry Sports Club’s official member app and successfully pressing the designated Advent Calendar promotional entry button.
• Members must be logged into the app using their valid membership details.
• The promotional button must be pressed each day to register that day’s bonus entry.
• App bonus entries are additional to any spend-based entries earned.
• Daily Loyalty Kiosk Bonus Entry
• Members can receive one (1) additional bonus entry per calendar day through the designated loyalty kiosks located at club reception.
• Members must swipe their valid membership card and follow the relevant promotional prompts to successfully register their bonus entry.
• Kiosk bonus entries are additional to any spend-based entries earned.
  • Bonus Entry Conditions
• Members may earn a maximum of one (1) app bonus entry and one (1) kiosk bonus entry per calendar day.
• App and kiosk bonus entries are available throughout the Promotional Period.
• Daily bonus entries must be registered on the relevant calendar day. Unused bonus entries cannot be carried forward or claimed retrospectively.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries against membership and promotional entry records.

5. DAILY ENTRY ACTIVATION AND VALIDATION

• All accumulated entries must be activated and validated on the relevant draw day to be eligible for that day’s prize draw.
• To activate their accumulated entries, members must swipe their valid membership card at a designated loyalty kiosk or POS terminal within The Henry Sports Club during the applicable two-hour validation window immediately preceding the advertised draw time.
• The validation windows are as follows:

1. 1:00pm draws: 11:00am – 1:00pm.
2. 6:00pm draws: 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

• A successful membership card swipe activates the member’s accumulated entries for that day’s draw only.
• Entries are not automatically activated for subsequent daily draws. Members must repeat the membership card validation process on each day they wish to participate.
• Members who do not successfully swipe their membership card within the applicable validation window will not be eligible for that day’s draw.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully validated due to technical issues, system failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. ENTRY MANAGEMENT – ROLLING BARREL

• All valid promotional entries will be accumulated in a central promotional barrel.
• The barrel operates on a rolling-entry basis and will not be emptied, cleared or reset following each daily draw.
• All accumulated entries will remain in the barrel throughout the Promotional Period.
• Only entries belonging to members who have successfully completed the daily membership card validation process will be eligible for selection in that day’s draw.
• Entries belonging to members who have not completed the daily validation process will remain in the barrel but will not be eligible for that day’s draw.
• Once a winning entry has been selected and the prize claimed, that winning entry will be permanently removed from the barrel and will not be eligible for future draws.
• All other entries will remain in the barrel and may be activated for subsequent daily draws by completing the required daily validation process.

7. DAILY PRIZE DRAWS AND WINNER SELECTION

• There will be 24 daily prize draws conducted from Tuesday 1 December 2026 through to Thursday 24 December 2026, inclusive.
• Draw times are as follows:

1. Monday to Wednesday: 1:00pm.
2. Thursday to Sunday: 6:00pm.

• Eligible and validated entries will be randomly selected from the promotional barrel.
• Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected in the relevant daily draw.
• The selected member must be physically present at The Henry Sports Club at the time their entry is drawn to claim the prize.
• If the selected member is not physically present, cannot verify their identity or current financial membership, or is otherwise ineligible, their entry will be removed from the barrel and another eligible entry will be randomly selected.
• The selection process will continue until an eligible member who is physically present is confirmed as the winner.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE SELECTION

• Once a winning entry has been randomly selected, the member will be required to present themselves to the authorised promotional representative.
• The winner must provide valid proof of identity and current financial membership before claiming their prize.
• Once verified, the winner will be invited to select one (1) available number from The Henry Sports Club Members’ Advent Calendar.
• Each available Advent Calendar number corresponds to a predetermined prize value.
• The prize corresponding to the number selected by the winner will be awarded to that member.
• Once an Advent Calendar number has been selected, it cannot be selected again.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding the verification of winners and administration of the prize selection process will be final, subject to applicable law.

9. PRIZES AND CLUB POINTS

• All prizes awarded as part of the Members’ Advent Calendar will be issued in the form of Club points.
• Club points will be credited directly to the winning member’s membership account.
• Each Advent Calendar number corresponds to an individual prize value, which will be determined by the Promoter and communicated through official promotional channels.
• The total prize pool and individual prize values will be confirmed and advertised by the Promoter prior to the commencement of the prize draws.
• Club points are subject to The Henry Sports Club’s applicable membership and Club points terms and conditions.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Entries must be validly earned, registered and activated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides misleading information or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with or compromise the fairness of the promotion may result in disqualification.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, incorrectly recorded or not successfully registered due to technical issues, system failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where required by law or where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
• Any changes to the promotion will be communicated through appropriate club channels.
• The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.

11. PRIVACY

• Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with The Henry Sports Club’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
• Information may be collected and used to administer the promotion, verify entries, identify winners and award prizes.

12. LIABILITY

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• Participation in the Members’ Advent Calendar constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are available from The Henry Sports Club reception and via the Club’s official website.
