TERMS & CONDITIONS – “$1000 Flight Centre Voucher” Promotion

1. Promoter
   The promoter is The Henry Sports Club conducting the “$1000 Flight Centre Voucher” Promotion (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
   2.1 The “$1000 Flight Centre Voucher” Promotion (“the Promotion”) is a one-off promotion running from 12:00am on 1 December 2025 until 8:00pm on 15 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
   2.2 Entries may be earned every day during the Promotion Period during the venue’s trading day hours.
3. Eligibility
   3.1 Participation is open to all members who meet the entry criteria (“Eligible Participants”).
   3.2 Participants must be present in the venue at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
   3.3 Participants must comply with all venue entry requirements, responsible gambling practices, and membership rules (where applicable).
4. How to Enter
   4.1 Eligible Participants will receive one (1) entry into the virtual barrel for every $10 spent within the venue.

4.2 Additional entry methods include:

• App Gameplay: entry awarded based on eligible gameplay through the venue’s app
• App Touch: one (1) entry for each eligible daily touch on the venue app
• Kiosk Touch: one (1) free entry per day via the member kiosk

4.3 Free Entry Allocation:

• Participants may receive one (1) free entry per day via the kiosk touch option.

5. Check-In Requirements
   5.1 A check-in period applies for this Promotion.
   5.2 Check-in opens at 6:00pm on 15 December 2025 and continues until the draw time.
   5.3 Participants must check in using at least one of the following approved methods:

• Gaming activity
• Kiosk check-in button
• POS activity

6. Draw Details
   6.1 A total of one (1) draw will occur.
   6.2 The draw will be conducted on or around 8:00pm on Monday, 15 December 2025, at the conclusion of the Christmas Mega Raffle.
   6.3 The draw will take place within the venue at a designated draw location.
7. Prize Details
   7.1 The prize for this Promotion is one (1) Flight Centre Voucher valued at $1,000.00 (“the Prize”).
   7.2 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
   7.3 Voucher terms and conditions as issued by Flight Centre apply. The Promoter is not responsible for external supplier terms, availability, or limitations.
8. Winner Requirements
   8.1 The selected winner must be present in the venue at the time of the draw.
   8.2 The winner has 4 minutes from the time their name is announced to claim the Prize.
   8.3 If the winner does not claim the Prize within the 4-minute claim period, the Prize will be redrawn until a valid winner is found.
   8.4 Multiple wins are allowed per day, however a participant cannot win more than once within this Promotion Period as a whole.
9. Verification
   9.1 The Promoter may require winners to provide suitable identification, membership card (if applicable), or other verification before awarding the Prize.
   9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to deem an entry invalid if fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant behaviour is detected.
10. Entries & System Integrity
    10.1 All entries are recorded electronically, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues, app outages, kiosk malfunctions, or data transmission delays.
    10.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding entries is final.
11. Privacy
    11.1 Entry into the Promotion constitutes consent for the Promoter to use participant details for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
    11.2 All personal information is managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12. General Conditions
    12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
    12.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost opportunities, inability to participate, or failure to attend the draw.
    12.3 Participation in the Promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
