END OF FINANCIAL YEAR CHEERS TO 50 YEARS PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPROVED 1 JUNE 2026

1. The promotion is conducted by The Henry Sports Club (the “Club”).
2. The promotion begins at 10.00am on Monday 1 June 2026. The promotion ends at the conclusion of the draws, beginning 6.30pm on Tuesday 30 June 2025.
3. Virtual barrel entries will cease being issued at 6.30pm on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
4. For every $10 spent within the Club through the POS, patrons receive one (1) entry to the promotion. Gaming spend is excluded from the promotion.
5. Tiered multipliers are as follows:
   1. Pearl = 2x entries.
   2. Citrine = 3x entries.
   3. Diamond = 5x entries.
6. Bonus entries can be claimed daily from the in-venue kiosks and the Club’s app.
7. The prize pool of 51 prizes includes:
   1. One (1) Flight Centre voucher valued at $1,000.00.
   2. One (1) all-inclusive food & beverage package for four (4) people to the viewing of Game 3 of State of Origin in the sports lounge at the Club.
   3. Eight (8) draws of four (4) tickets to a Panthers football match.
   4. Six (6) twin wine packs from Oatley Fine Wines.
   5. One (1) large Bundaberg Drop Bear Spicy Pineapple sign with assorted merchandise.
   6. One (1) small Bundaberg Drop Bear Spicy Pineapple sign with assorted merchandise.
   7. One (1) hamper, donated by Hennessy Coffee.
   8. Two (2) VB eskies with stubby holders & t-shirts.
   9. Two (2) Carlton Draught eskies with stubby holders.
8. Prize list is not exhaustive and will be finalised closer to the date.
9. The Flight Centre voucher will be the last prize drawn.
10. Winners must be presented at the draw to redeem their prize. If after four (4) minutes, a winner hasn’t been declared, a redraw will occur immediately following the initial draw.
11. Draws will take place every two (2) minutes from 6:30pm until the last prize is drawn.
12. If drawn, the winner will select one of the fifty (50) Henry Lawson heads which will have an enveloped prize on the back.
13. No discussion will be entered into regarding redraws or prizes.
14. Bonus points will be added to member accounts on 1^st July 2026 due to the point purge on 30^th June 2026.
15. Tickets to the State of Origin have been purchased through the Club’s Ticketek account and will be shared with the recipient of the prize.
16. Tickets to the Panthers games, all played out of Commbank Stadium, may not be issued on the night. Winners will be contacted when the tickets are available and will be able to be collected from the Club’s reception.
17. All-inclusive beverage package includes 2 hours of food and beverage, paid by the Club, starting at 7:30pm the night of Game 3 of State of Origin to the value of $100 per person.
18. The Club promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol and reserves the right to terminate the beverage package at any point in regard to respective legislation.
19. The Club reserves the right to make any changes to the promotion at any time without warning.
