BOARD ELECTIONS
The Henry Sports Club is now calling for nominations for the Board of Directors (7 to be elected).
- Nominees must be either a Life or Full Member of the Club for a period of two (2) years or more at the time nominations are called.
- Nomination forms, Statutory Declarations, and information packs can be obtained from the Chief Executive Officer from 10 AM on Friday September 19, 2025.
- Nomination forms and Statutory Declarations must be returned to the CEO by 5pm, Friday 10th October 2025.
- Statutory Declarations must be witnessed by either a Justice of the Peace, Solicitor, or Notary Public.
- Late nominations will not be accepted.
- Onus lies with the nominee to submit a defect free nomination.
All sections of the nomination must be completed, and the proposer and seconder must be either Life or Full Member ONLY
Your application should be accompanied with a brief statement about yourself (max. 100 words), and a head shot photo.
Special Notes:
As a Director of The Henry Sports Club, it is a requirement of the position to agree to undertake external training to comply with the legislation regarding mandatory Director Training which came into effect on July 1, 2013.

- AML/CTF Board oversight training
- Responsible Gaming Board oversight training
ELECTION
Should an election for the position of Director be required, voting for the position of Director will be by show of hands at the Club AGM on 9th November, 2025.
ADDITIONAL CONDITION
Have or apply for a Director Identification Number (DIN) prior to appointment.
